The Unox compact convection oven is designed to simplify baking tasks, making it ideal for confectionery, bakery processes, and baking off frozen goods and pastries.  It features manual controls, a 0–60 minute timer or continuous operation, an on/off indicator light, and comes with wire shelves included for convenience.  Equipped with DRY.Plus Technology, the oven expels humid air from the baking chamber, allowing the internal structure of baked goods to form perfectly and maintain an ideal texture for hours.   The oven offers a shelf clearance of 3″ and is equipped with one fan for even heat distribution. It operates within a temperature range of 0–260°C (32–500°F).  The chamber measures 11.3″ L × 14.2″ W × 9″ H, providing a capacity of 0.84 cu ft.  Constructed with a stainless steel housing and cooking chamber, it features a double-pane glass door and an insulated baking cavity for improved thermal efficiency and user safety.
